Alan is a former collegiate basketball player who has turned his passion for the game into a lifelong career. After graduating from Elon University, he co-founded his own high performance training service that focused on youth athletes. Since then, he has trained some of the most elite athletes on the planet, including Kevin Durant, Steph Curry, Kobe Bryant (and many others).
Alan now focuses his time helping individuals and organizations maximize their performance. He is a speaker, a coach, an author, a consultant, a husband and a father!
