LinkedIn Sports Challenge 12/30

#LinkedInSports Day 1️⃣2️⃣: Highlight a brand that's transforming women's sports and the work they're doing.

I don't know if this brand is necessarily "transforming" women's sports entirely, but I found this this campaign from Heineken to be pretty powerful. Their TV & digital campaign from earlier in the year celebrated female soccer fans and addressed gender bias that affects both fans and players of the sport.

One way to transform women's sports is to add broadcast and live-streaming opportunities. But I think it's just as important to continue telling powerful stories like this.

P.S. If you're wondering where to find more brands that are transforming women's sports, you need to download the 2022 Women In Sports Report from SponsorUnited.

So far this year, 3,500 brands bought 5,650 sponsorships or media deals across 15 professional women’s leagues. That's not including NIL deals, where female collegiate athletes have sold nearly 700 partnerships across more than 350 brands, engaging 30M followers in the process.
