#LinkedInSports Day 1️⃣3️⃣: What is a routine that helps you work better?
Four things that typically increase work productivity.
1) post workout -- if I haven't been active or gotten a sweat yet, my mind is holding it against me.
2) clean desk -- the more junk that's piled up around me, the more cluttered my mind is.
3) coffee -- whether it's the caffeine or comfort of habit, sipping a coffee = positive mood!
4) do not disturb -- number one distraction? phone! less distractions = more work done!
